h3General Description /h3 ul liEnsuring the “fit for purpose” of the Medical Inquiry Management and CRM technology infrastructure, this role will serve as a valuable and trusted partner to business. /li liThis role will act as a key bridge between Medical Affairs, Insights Analytics functions, other IT teams, as well as external partners, ensuring that the Medical Affairs platforms are fit‑for‑purpose, compliant, and continuously optimized to support high‑quality scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs). /li liIt will address Medical Inquiry and CRM technology issues by managing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to users and supporting teams, as well as soliciting system requirements for the evolution of the infrastructure from all relevant stakeholders. /li liThis individual will take these requirements and work with the relevant internal and external teams to implement in the Medical Inquiry Management and/or CRM infrastructure. /li liThis role combines requirement analysis, and operational support to enhance the intake, processing, and insights generation with regard to scientific engagement across various channels. /li /ul h3Scope /h3 h3Medical Information (Inquiry) Management /h3 ul liGlobal (ex-China) /li /ul h3Medical CRM /h3 ul liEurope and New Markets /li /ul h3System Analysis Requirements Management /h3 ul liPartner with the various Medical Affairs teams, Insights Analytics functions, other IT teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements /li liTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories /li liDrive end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, from discovery and documentation to implementation /li /ul h3Medical Inquiry System Management /h3 ul liSupport and optimize platforms managing: ul liInquiry intake (multi‑channel: CRM, email, call center, field) /li liCase processing and fulfilment workflows /li liResponse delivery and documentation /li /ul /li liEnsure systems are aligned with business processes and user needs /li liContribute to roadmap planning and system enhancements /li /ul h3Medical CRM Application Management /h3 ul liIntake / discovery of requirements from relevant stakeholders, as well as build business cases in support of prioritization of these requirements /li liManage the process of design, build, implementation, testing, deployment and training for the European / New Markets Medical user community /li liCreate and maintain the Medical CRM related roster, territory, and user assignments for the Medical CRM user‑community /li liContribute to roadmap planning and system enhancements /li /ul h3Operational Support Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liCoordinate across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction /li liAnalyze system usage, performance, and inquiry trends to identify improvement opportunities /li liLead or support process optimization initiatives (e.g., turnaround times, automation, workflow efficiency) /li liMaintain training materials and support user enablement /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor to Medical Affairs, Insights Analytics functions, other IT teams, as well external vendors /li liFacilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions /li liCommunicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences /li liBuild strong partnerships to ensure alignment and delivery /li /ul h3Compliance Quality /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to: ul liGxP validation processes /li liData privacy regulations (e.g., personal data in inquiries) /li liMedical and regulatory standards /li /ul /li liSupport validation documentation and system audits /li liEnsure systems enable accurate and compliant medical responses /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate across technology, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. /li liTranslate requirements into reusable technical components and platform capabilities, avoiding one‑off builds. /li liProvide input into roadmaps and platform evolution based on hands‑on experience and delivery learnings. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liBachelors Degree /li liMedical Affairs – Medical Inquiry Management /li liMedical Affairs – Scientific Engagement Management /li liGxP System Validation processes /li liSFDC Service Cloud /li /ul h3Supervisory Responsibilities /h3 pNo /p h3Qualifications /h3 h3Business Acumen Leadership /h3 ul liStrong collaboration skills with stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams. /li liExperience working on Medical Affairs initiatives that drive measurable business impact. /li liExcellent communication and storytelling skills. /li /ul h3Domain Expertise /h3 ul li7+ years experience /li liExperience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. /li liExposure to commercial, medical, or patient data ecosystems. /li /ul h3Travel /h3 ul liEstimated 10%, primarily for key planning sessions, workshops, or major launch initiatives. /li /ul h3Salary Range /h3 pSwitzerland: 148,600.00 CHF - 185,700.00 CHF /p pPoland: 276,000.00 PLN -
