This role will act as a key bridge between Medical Affairs, Insights Analytics functions, other IT teams, and external partners, ensuring that the Medical Affairs platforms are fit‑for‑purpose, compliant, and continuously optimized to support high‑quality scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs). /ph3Scope Responsibilities /h3pMedical Inquiry Management Global (ex-China) Medical CRM Europe and New Markets /pulliPartner with the various Medical Affairs teams, Insights Analytics functions, other IT teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather, define and prioritise requirements /liliTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories /liliDrive end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, from discovery and documentation to implementation /liliSupport and optimise platforms managing inquiry intake (multi‑channel: CRM, email, call centre, field) /liliCase processing and fulfilment workflows /liliResponse delivery and documentation /liliEnsure systems are aligned with business processes and user needs /liliContribute to roadmap planning and system enhancements /liliIntake/discovery of requirements from relevant stakeholders and build business cases for prioritisation /liliDesign, build, implement, test, deploy and train for the European / New Markets Medical user community /liliCreate and maintain Medical CRM related roster, territory and user assignments for the Medical CRM user‑community /liliCoordinate 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for system reliability and user satisfaction /liliAnalyse system usage, performance and inquiry trends to identify improvement opportunities /liliLead or support process optimisation initiatives (e.g. turnaround times, automation, workflow efficiency) /liliMaintain training materials and support user enablement /liliAct as a trusted advisor to Medical Affairs, Insights Analytics functions, other IT teams and external vendors /liliFacilitate workshops, requirement sessions and solution design discussions /liliCommunicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences /liliBuild strong partnerships to ensure alignment and delivery /liliEnsure adherence to GxP validation processes, data privacy regulations and medical and regulatory standards /liliSupport validation documentation and system audits /liliProvide input into roadmaps and platform evolution based on hands‑on experience and delivery learnings /li /ulh3Required Experience Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in a relevant field /lili7+ years experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with exposure to commercial, medical or patient data ecosystems /liliExperience in Medical Affairs – Medical Inquiry Management or Scientific Engagement Management /liliExperience with GxP system validation processes /liliExperience with SFDC Service Cloud /liliExperience working on Medical Affairs initiatives that drive measurable business impact /liliStrong collaboration and communication skills, storytelling ability /liliBusiness acumen and leadership skills, ability to engage cross‑functional teams /liliSupervisory responsibility: No /li /ulh3Travel Compensation /h3pTravel: Estimated 10%, primarily for key planning sessions, workshops or major launch initiatives. /ppSalary Range Switzerland: 148,600.00CHF-185,700.00CHF /ppSalary Range Poland: 276,000.00PLN-345,000.00PLN /ph3EEO Statement /h3pWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
