Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel Germany (m/f/x) to join Aonic’s group legal team, supporting the continued international growth of our user acquisition and research technology platforms.
You will work closely with teams across Aonic’s technology companies and collaborate directly with the Group General Counsel on group-wide initiatives and the ongoing development and scaling of the legal function.
You will act as a strategic partner to multiple parts of the business, with a broad focus across commercial, product, technology, marketing, and consumer matters for our German market. This is a newly created position based in Germany, offering the opportunity to shape your role based on your strengths and interests.
What You’ll Own Provide strategic legal support across product and business development, marketing operations, and commercial partnerships. Advise on intellectual property matters, including licensing, ownership, and protection of technology, data, and content assets.
Partner with the Group General Counsel and other lawyers on corporate matters, compliance, and legal strategy. Contribute to the development of the legal function, including through the use of AI‑based legal tools and process automation. Coordinate and manage external legal advisors.
