For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field: /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft, review, and negotiate a range of financial market documentation, including master agreements and transaction‑specific contractual arrangements. /li liIdentify, assess, and help manage legal, regulatory, and operational risks, while contributing to internal policies, governance frameworks, and control processes. /li liCollaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and front‑office/business teams on regulatory implementation, strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional projects. /li liMonitor relevant regulatory and market developments, engage with industry working groups where appropriate, and provide updates and analysis to senior stakeholders. /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liSwiss‑qualified lawyer; US or UK qualification preferred. /li li6+ years’ experience in securities lending, repo and collateral transactions within a financial institution or leading law firm. /li liStrong drafting and negotiation skills. /li liExperience advising on cross‑border legal and regulatory matters; FINMA knowledge is a plus. /li liProven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex legal projects. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pAt Alpinum Solutions, we offer a challenging and rewarding work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.
