Successfully recruited for international, senior, or specialist roles in complex or fast-moving environments. Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Teamtailor.
Develop and strengthen ProVeg’s global employer brand. Build and maintain a consistent, candidate-friendly recruitment framework. Use recruitment data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and support better workforce planning. Support strategic workforce planning by helping anticipate future talent needs.
Train and guide local People & Culture colleagues and hiring managers. Requirements Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer processes.
