Your Tasks Win new business by actively acquiring institutional clients including banks, asset managers, asset owners and insurance companies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders. Identify and pursue high-value commercial opportunities within institutional markets.
Present and position Solactive’s index and FinTech solutions as strategic growth driver for clients. Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and strategic discussions to negotiation and deal closing. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
Several years of experience in institutional sales, B2B sales, or financial solutions sales. Ideally experience in FinTech, investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or financial data. A proven track record of closing high-value deals. Strong network within institutional financial markets is a plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality. Highly driven, resilient, and focused on delivering results.
