Job Description As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will drive business growth by selling Experian’s data and solutions to large financial institutions, such as Neo/Digital banks, Fintechs, payment providers, and comparison sites in Germany, while building long‑term customer relationships.

Responsibilities Responsible for selling Experian data, solutions and services in the core target banking group for Germany. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Identify new market opportunities and manage the sales pipeline. Represent the company at industry events, in collaboration with colleagues.

Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through excellent customer service and regular communication. Serve as the internal first point of contact for identifying market trends, customer needs, and innovation potential for the further development of Experian’s solution.

Uphold and promote Experian’s core values in all interactions and activities. Unlock cross‑selling potential (platform solutions, cloud services). Expand into a one‑stop shop across risk, pricing, actuarial, identity, and fraud domains. Acquire net new logos in the white space of financial services.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Several years of professional sales experience, ideally in banking. Proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken). Collaborative mindset: both in working with new clients and with internal stakeholders.

Understanding of complex data products and services. Content expertise and own network in the financial services industry. Preferred qualifications: Compliance & Regulatory knowledge EU/Germany banking sector. Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN).

Experience in data and software‑related sales (SaaS and cloud solutions). Flexible working hours and remote work options. Experian is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
