From multinational pooling and captive services to innovative global underwriting programs, we offer a holistic approach to risk management and financing solutions, maximizing the value of their global employee benefit plans. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs a senior underwriter, you will be working in an exciting international environment, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

You will be the primary contact for technical topics related to corporate customers and handle complex new and renewal cases alongside a team of Life, Disability, Accident, and Group Medical underwriters. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liUse a disciplined approach to risk assessment of new and renewal business in your portfolio. /li liCollaborate with sales colleagues to help acquire new corporate customers. /li liWork closely with account managers and network partners to win and retain business in the best interests of ZGEBS and the customer. /li liContribute to the development and maintenance of tools and processes supporting the underwriting area. /li liContribute to the ongoing performance management of the book of business. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liSix years’ practical experience in pricing and underwriting Group Life and/or Medical Insurance schemes, including Employee Benefits insurance or relevant industry experience. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. /li liGood English communication skills; comfortable discussing technical topics with a broad range of stakeholders. /li liAbility to quickly grasp and apply new technical information relative to risk assessment. /li liAbility to understand, interpret and translate customer requirements into deliverables. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer a workplace designed to help you thrive.
