The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.* Strong Go (Golang) experience building non-trivial systems or components.* Practical experience with OpenTelemetry or the OpenTelemetry Collector (a strong advantage), as well as an active interest in Open Source (GitHub contributions are a plus).* Understanding of how metrics, traces, and logs are processed in distributed systems.* Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI-powered tools and developer workflows and apply them pragmatically in a production environment (e.g.
