Responsibilities Lead multiple VCO projects and workstreams end-to-end, owning scope, schedule, budget, team resourcing, and outcomes from initiative design through stage-gate close-out and value realization Oversee and ensure integrity of labor synergy and headcount tracking across the program master roster, including monthly reconciliation Lead the design, planning, and execution of integration and transformation workstreams — including TSA management Author and own executive‑level materials for SteerCo, Board, and ELT reviews Own and continuously improve the VCO’s monthly operating review (MOR) cadence across the five lines of business Build, own, and refine advanced financial models, business cases, and variance analyses Lead Corporate Development workstreams in partnership with senior VCO leadership Drive the development of scalable solutions and governance that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence beyond immediate integration Lead workstreams within the VCO’s commercial intelligence initiative (Project Oculus) Proactively identify, scope, and prioritize enterprise‑level risks across assigned portfolios Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports and project team members Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project/program management, corporate development, or transformation roles Experience in M&A integration, post‑merger synergy capture, or corporate transformation is required Proven ability to lead cross‑functional project teams and deliver quality results on time and on budget across multiple concurrent workstreams Prior experience in a PE‑backed portfolio company environment, an Integration Management Office (IMO) / Value Creation Office (VCO), or a top‑tier management consulting firm is highly desirable Experience leading and developing direct reports or project team members is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
