Role Summary As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you own significant services, pipelines or infrastructure domains end-to-end, developing plans and strategies to improve performance, reliability and developer experience in your area.

You independently design and implement scalable CI/CD systems, infrastructure and observability solutions that enable seamless, high-performance software delivery for RV Tech’s vehicles and platforms.

Responsibilities Design & Implementation – Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure patterns, selecting appropriate tools and architectures to meet product and reliability goals.

Reliability, Automation & Operations – Own the operational health of your services, defining SLOs and SLIs, improving MTTR and implementing robust incident response and on-call practices.

Systems, Tooling & Architecture – Lead improvements to build systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment tooling, integrating third-party/open-source components where appropriate.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration – Collaborate closely with developers, QA, Product and Security to align delivery pipelines with product roadmaps, balancing quality, speed and risk.

Security, Compliance & Quality – Implement and champion secure-by-default configurations, secrets management, compliance automation and robust testing gates in the SDLC. Qualifications Typically 4–6+ years of DevOps, SRE or related engineering experience owning production services and pipelines.
