This role combines deep functional expertise with strong technical capabilities, enabling the Senior Consultant to deliver 360‑degree value across the entire solution lifecycle. /p pThe Senior Consultant is valued for their ability to understand both how the business works and how the technology works, translating between these domains to implement solutions that deliver real client value. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /h3 ul liWork on‑site at client locations to understand business operations, processes, and challenges /li liGather and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis /li liDesign end‑to‑end solutions that address business needs while leveraging appropriate technology capabilities /li liLead implementation activities, configuring systems, developing integrations, and ensuring solutions work as intended /li liAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements and ensuring mutual understanding /li liProvide expert guidance on functional best practices, industry standards, and optimal solution approaches /li liConfigure and customise platforms to meet specific client business processes and workflows /li liConduct user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption /li liTroubleshoot issues that span business process and technical implementation /li liDocument solution designs, configurations, and implementation decisions /li liDeliver 360‑degree value across the entire engagement lifecycle from requirements through go‑live and support /li /ul h3What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /h3 ul li7–10 years of experience as a functional consultant, solution consultant, or implementation consultant /li liDeep expertise in financial services business processes (custody, payments, treasury, banking operations, or capital markets) /li liStrong technical capabilities: ability to configure systems, understand APIs, work with databases, and troubleshoot technical issues /li liProven experience implementing enterprise software solutions in financial services environments /li liAbility to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements /li liComfortable working on‑site at client locations with significant travel (3+ days per week) /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills across business and technical domains /li liExcellent communication skills: ability to engage with both business users and technical teams /li liSelf‑starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high‑quality and high‑touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery /li liUnderstanding of regulated financial services environments and compliance requirements /li liLanguages: German and English required for Zurich; French and English for Geneva; Italian for Lugano.
