Responsibilities Market bench consultants across the US IT staffing market Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on technologies and experience Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client requirements Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and onboarding processes Maintain daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements Ensure consultants are marketed aggressively through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks Manage end-to-end bench sales lifecycle from sourcing opportunities to successful placement Maintain updated consultant profiles, resumes, and availability status Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process Hands‑on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Strong network of vendors and implementation partners in the USA market Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment Strong understanding of visa types including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC Experience working with technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
