Scope
The Technology team at Houlihan Lokey is looking to add a Senior Associate/Vice President in Paris. Supervise, manage, and proactively develop the junior team, providing mentorship in financial analyses and deal execution.
Requirements 5–7 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience within an M&A, generalist, or Industry team. Coordinate and perform comprehensive business due diligence, acting as a key driver from mandate to successful close. Create, develop, and review complex financial models (including database systems, LBO, and DCF).
Prepare, analyse, and help explain historical and projected financial information, and expertly value companies and businesses. Act as a key client contact on transactions, leading client meetings and playing a significant role in pitches.
Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other strategic presentations. Build enduring relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, professional advisors, and other stakeholders.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing engagements, and assist in initiating and extending group client development efforts to grow the business entrepreneurially. Experience and strong insight in the Technology secto
