We are looking for:Salesforce CRM Technical Architect & Technical Lead (F/M/D) Aufgaben We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Expert to join the CRM implementation project for the PID Group. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce developer who is ready to take the next step towards a Technical Architect and Technical Lead position. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with architectural responsibility, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reusable across the PID Group. In close cooperation with the CRM Director you will help design and implement solutions that meet diverse business requirements while enabling seamless system integrations. Define and enforce design standards, guardrails and architecture documentation (data model, access control, integrations)Lead solution design and architecture decisions with focus on Sales and Service Cloud , ensuring consistency and scalability across implementationsDevelop complex features and critical components hands-onCoordinate and control implementation execution (task assignment, progress tracking, implementation review)Act as primary technical counterpart to business stakeholders, ensuring clear translation of requirements into optimal solutionsDrive continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform by identifying optimization opportunities and leveraging new Salesforce capabilitiesWorking closely with our CRM Director, business stakeholders and implementation partners.Profil Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a comparable qualification.
