Senior React Native Engineer (Mobile) - Remote

We are looking for Senior React Native Engineers, skilled in building high-performance, scalable mobile applications that support millions of users, and committed to solid architectural judgment and engineering best practices. It's a great fit for people who enjoy owning problems end-to-end and collaborating closely with designers, product, and backend teams to ship reliable, well-crafted mobile experiences.

What you’ll build and own

• Build and ship production mobile features end-to-end in React Native, owning your work from implementation through deployment across Android and iOS.
• Design and implement mobile solutions following best practices and scalable architecture patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using tools such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
• Make architecture decisions around performance, responsiveness, and reliability across platforms.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with hands-on work in React Native.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, UI frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing state using tools such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
• Experience with modern git workflows and agile development practices.
• Proven React Native upgrade experience, with legacy or unsupported upgrades strongly preferred.
• A genuine bar for clean, testable, robust code, backed by sound testing habits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• AI-forward mindset with active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) codebases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile projects and over-the-air update tools like CodePush.
• Availability to work aligned with the partner's time zone.
