THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Creative Strategist at Lounge by Zalando, you will be a key driver in shaping the brand's creative strategy across multiple marketing channels. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative, Creative team, and Marketing team to develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for paid marketing, email marketing and organic social that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives. You will be the bridge between creative and marketing, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing the impact of our campaigns.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

•

Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for marketing campaigns and marketing communication across multiple channels, including social media (organic and paid), display, CTV, DOOH, and email marketing.

•

Collaborate with the Marketing team on marketing campaign briefings, ensuring creative strategies align with overall marketing goals and target audience insights.

•

Collaborate with Market & Customer Research to derive relevant insights about our target audience.

•

Lead the creative performance management process, overseeing creative testing and analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness. Act as the main link between creative and marketing, ensuring alignment and efficient workflows.

•

Plan content for new marketing campaigns based on learnings from past campaigns, best practices for specific channels, seasonality, trends, cultural events, and occurrences.

•

Collaborate closely with the Creative team during asset creation, providing strategic direction and ensuring that business goals are achieved within the creative output.

•

Follow and report on emerging trends (cultural, fashion, marketing) and keep the team up-to-date on the latest industry innovations.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

•

You hold a relevant university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – or possess equivalent qualifications.

•

You have 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign development.

•

You have a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven creative strategies.

•

You have a deep understanding of the fashion industry and a passion for staying ahead of trends.

•

You are highly analytical and possess strong data interpretation skills, with experience in A/B testing.

•

You have a strong understanding of the world of social media - both on the paid and on the organic side.

•

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects.

•

You are familiar with project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.
