Your focus will be on Swiss and international financial market regulation, helping clients design and implement effective compliance frameworks, optimize processes, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. /p pAs a trusted advisor, you will support clients across all project phases – from regulatory analysis and strategy development to implementation and validation – and play a key role in delivering impactful compliance solutions. /p h3Job Requirements /h3 ul li3–5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance (Senior Consultant) or 6–9+ years (Manager), ideally within Swiss banking /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation (e.g., FINMA, AML, KYC) /li liProven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement /li liStrong analytical and problem-splitting capabilities /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liEntrepreneurial
