Lead the development of our core AI/ML infrastructure powering the Aegis Engine. You will design and implement the autonomous reasoning systems that make RiskGrid AI unique.

What You'll Do

Design and implement machine learning models for security threat detection and analysis.

Optimize and scale AI pipelines for real-time threat modeling.

Collaborate with security researchers to improve agent reasoning capabilities.

Build and maintain robust ML infrastructure and monitoring systems.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Experience with LLMs, transformers, and agentic AI systems.

Background in security or willingness to learn security domains.
