Overview In this role you will support NewRe’s Motor Liability underwriting in the DACH and CEE markets. You will shape and manage a profitable portfolio aligned with our risk appetite, while building senior-level client and broker relationships. You will analyze risks, coordinate across underwriting units, and contribute to planning and knowledge sharing. This position offers collaboration, flexibility, and impact on our regional underwriting strategy.

as (re)insurance underwriter in casualty Sound grasp of Motor (re)insurance and/or several Liability classes (General/Public/Professional Liability) Experience and knowledge of the DACH and/or Central negotiating skills Can-do mindset with high business acumen; able to deliver on client expectations Strong team player with openness to new ideas Excellent command of English and German (other European languages a plus) communication negotiation team player underwriting pricing risk analysis
