Dear Applicant, for one of our clients - big company operating on banking sector - we are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the further expansion of OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and support the rollout of the CI/CD platform.
• Controling the introduction and further development of interfaces and components of our modern environment.
• Advising our customers in-house on the optimal use of the platform as part of consulting, onboarding and ongoing support.
• Ensuring a stable, highly available and secure operation of our components that ensure the bank's critical processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in the field of IT, telecommunications or banking or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in banking sector.
• Experience and very good understanding of Kubernetes/RedHat Openshift, Docker Container, Linux.
• Good knowledge of the relevant platforms GitLab, Nexus/ArgoCD, Ansible or Unix shell scripting to the team.
• Familiarity with IT processes and ITILv3 and topics such as host, client/server, databases, workflow control (nice to have!)
• Proficiency in German and good command of English
• EU citizenship
