Tech Lead Software Engineering

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a part of an international and cross-functional team of software and QA engineers to create and improve solutions focused on our customer's needs

• Design, validate and advocate architecture designs for your team verticals

• Drive technical discussions and decisions for and with your team

• Work towards continuous delivery of our software, optimize ongoing development processes and software solutions through your input and experience

• Design and implement state of the art code to deliver best performance of our software to our customers

• As member of Product Team - participate in ideation, discovery and reviews of solution designs as well as related code

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development (JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS)

• 3+ years of experience with at least one PHP framework (Laravel or Symfony are preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in developing JavaScript based applications both vanilla and using JS frameworks

• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring Software Engineers

• Experience with ReactJs, TypeScript, GraphQL would be a plus

• Ability and curiosity about new Technologies, you love to validate your ideas hands on in form of POC software and RFC documents

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and learning aptitude

• Previous experience as Tech Lead, Team Lead or Engineering Manager role is preferred

• Agile methods and structured requirements are nothing new to you and you like to have it this way

• Happy to give and receive open and constructive feedback, in a clear and respectful manner

• You are the first to jump into action when needed and can learn quickly in agile way

• You are empathic leader with focus on goals and can provide direction to your team members in motivating, empowering and encouraging manner

• You speak and write in English fluently
