Tasks

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on blades using rope access
• Repairing structural damage (Category 3-4) with fibreglass, using vacuum bagging and infusion techniques
• Inspecting blade surfaces
• Delegating tasks and managing daily activities
• Documenting work and creating reports
• Liaising closely with the back-office Project Manager
• Leading a team of 2 technicians

Profile

• Valid IRATA Level 3 certification
• Vestas certifications such as ESO, ESQ LOTO2 or BTO are a plus
• Experience in a leadership role or in the wind energy sector
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driving license
• English proficiency at a working level
