We're hiring: (Senior) Team Lead Data Analytics | Munich (Hybrid)
I'm currently partnering with one of the fastest-growing travel tech companies in Europe to find a (Senior) Team Lead Data Analytics to lead a high-impact analytics team based in Munich.
This is much more than a traditional analytics leadership role. You'll lead a team of analysts while staying hands-on with SQL, Python and modern AI tools, helping redefine how analytics is done in an AI-native environment.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just analyse data, but uses it to influence business decisions. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, turning complex questions into scalable data products, driving commercial decisions, and helping shape the company's strategy through data.
You'll be a great fit if you have
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- Previous people management experience
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience working closely with senior business stakeholders
- A product and business-first mindset
- Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions with measurable impact
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor or similar) in your daily workflows
- Passion for building scalable data products rather than just reports
