We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy & Operations team in Cologne as a Senior.

Rapidly identify and analyze key risks and opportunities in strategy and operations, and design operational solutions Integrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, working closely with transaction services, valuations, and restructuring teams Develop implementation plans and initiate actions Prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders (e.g., board members, investors, M&A advisors, C-suite management) Maintain direct client contact, participate in due diligence and strategy projects, and present results to clients Guide and mentor junior team members Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and provide updates Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitches Receive personalized coaching from a dedicated counselor for your personal and professional development Requirements / Qualifications Master's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school, preferably in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics 2-4 years of experience in transaction, strategy, operations consulting, or a related field (e.g., M&A, Strategy, Business Development) at a top-tier consultancy firm Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously High level of attention to detail and accuracy Entrepreneurial mindset with a practical and creative approach to problem-solving Eagerness to work on cross-border assignments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Motivated, proactive, reliable, and resilient under stress Proven team leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr Overview Eight Advisory was founded in 2009 in France by 8 former partners of Arthur Andersen / Big4 companies as a firm specialized in Transaction Services, Restructuring, and Transformation.
