Being a Senior Full-Stack Engineer means you can see a feature through from start to end, from the frontend all the way down to the database, and sometimes even a bit of UX design if needed. Colleagues who are there when you need them and not afraid to ask when you can help them.
We don’t have dedicated architects or tech leads because frankly—if you’re a true senior—you should be capable of creating a great first draft yourself … and smart enough to involve others to make it even better.
