Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, configuration, and commissioning of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for diverse industrial processes.
• Develop and implement robust automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead the electrical design aspects of automation projects, including panel layouts, wiring schematics, and component selection.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders remotely to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex automation system issues remotely, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems, including programming code, network diagrams, and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in industrial automation, with a focus on PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell), SCADA, and HMI development.
• Proven experience in leading automation projects and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control panel design, and industrial networking.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex automation systems.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
