Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-level blockchain architecture for new and existing products.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps for blockchain infrastructure and applications.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus protocols, and tools.
• Ensure the scalability, security, performance, and resilience of blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align technical vision with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to blockchain development teams.
• Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge advancements in blockchain technology, cryptography, and distributed systems.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a minimum of 5 years focused on blockchain technologies.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, large-scale blockchain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana) and their underlying technologies.
• Expertise in distributed systems, consensus algorithms, cryptography, and smart contract development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading distributed and remote engineering teams is highly desirable.
