Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation of operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.
• Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Contribute to security best practices and ensure compliance across the infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve development and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related role.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog is a plus.
