You will be successful in this role if you have: 4–6 years of experience in enterprise wireless networking, including design, deployment, and support. Certifications (Required): CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) — vendor‑neutral wireless expertise and/or CCNP/CCIE – Wireless.

Wireless & Networking Expertise: Deep knowledge of 802.11 standards (Wi‑Fi 5/Wi‑Fi 6/6E), RF fundamentals, spectrum analysis, and wireless security protocols (WPA3, 802.1X/EAP, RADIUS). Hands‑on experience with Cisco WLC and Cisco Meraki wireless management.

Technical Competencies: Proficient in cloud and network management platforms: SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Infoblox , and similar tools. Strong grasp of network monitoring, performance baselining, and wireless optimization techniques.

Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks. Other Requirements: Ability to work in 24x7 critical environments , including on‑call availability outside regular business hours and weekends.

Strong presentation and reporting skills, ability to communicate RF data, heatmaps, and wireless assessments to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field (Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent).
