Lead teams and ensure high‑quality delivery: Guide Venture Analysts and Venture Architects throughout project work, providing feedback, fostering development, and ensuring strong collaboration and high‑quality outcomes. As a Senior Venture Architect, you play a key role in driving this work forward.

What you will be doing Drive the development of new business opportunities: Lead projects or workstreams focused on exploring, validating, and implementing new business opportunities for corporates, ranging from business models and innovation initiatives to new ventures.

Turn ambiguity into clear direction: Structure complex topics, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable concepts, recommendations, and next steps. This includes preparing and facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, and guiding decision‑making processes.

Contribute to growing client relationships and new business: Identify follow‑on opportunities, support proposals and pitches, and contribute to building long‑term partnerships with clients.

What you need to be successful in the role 5+ years of experience in innovation, venture development, strategy consulting, new business building, or related fields. Strong ability to structure complex problems, create clarity, and drive topics forward independently.

Experience leading projects or workstreams and taking ownership for outcomes and delivery quality. Confidence working with clients and stakeholders in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments. Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide discussions and align different perspectives. Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and developing others. Broad understanding of innovation and new business topics, with deeper expertise in 1–2 industries, domains, or capability areas.

Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Italian is a plus. What we offer you The opportunity to work on creating and implementing new business opportunities together with leading corporates.
