As Senior UA Manager, you will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns across paid digital media channels, running bidding and creative optimization experiments to improve performance, testing new marketing channels, and providing insights into campaign performance. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

What you will do Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as mobile video networks, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, etc. Analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile gaming marketing. Manage and nurture relationships with external partners such as influencer agencies, ad networks, and app stores. Proactively research and develop new tests to improve campaigns' performance.

Test our products and competitors and come up with ways to improve impact on marketing initiatives.

Who you are Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in user acquisition or mobile marketing, with a proven track record of success in the gaming industry Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with more than 3 user acquisition channels such as SEM, social media, native advertising, etc.
