This role is perfect for a senior designer who leads with research, governs a design system with care, and is as comfortable presenting design rationale to stakeholders as they are deep in Figma.
What you'll do: Lead discovery for new features and products, run design workshops and sprints, own the UX roadmap, and audit competitors for opportunities Take the first design lead on new Herotel products, brands and ventures: concept work, user flows, prototypes, validation and iteration Plan and run user research, usability testing, interviews and surveys, and use analytics and heatmaps to drive design decisions Own end-to-end user flows across the website, app and customer portal, including information architecture, micro-interactions, mobile-first patterns and wireframes Design and optimise digital acquisition and onboarding flows, run A/B tests and iterate on real conversion data Maintain end-to-end customer journey maps and use them to align
