We are looking for a Senior Trust Officer for an important group in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, that includes companies, trusts, and other institutions with international orientations.
- Make sure compliance concerning financial, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with tax and legal advisors to restructure and implement fiduciary solutions.
- Prepare corporate files like trust deeds, resolutions, loan agreements and powers of attorney for Trust and Corporate.
- Overlook accounting processes, such as financial statement.
- Maintain accuracy records and files for all clients.
- Act as first contact for clients, bankers, and other parties.
- Provide assistance to the Legal and Compliance Office maintaining process regarding compliance.
- Ensure the updates with industry trends and best tendencies.
- Ensure quality of internal controls and risk management.
Requirements
- TEP is necessary; UK common law legal, tax expertise is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a trust company or equivalent.
- Important organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.
- A collaborative and professional vision with a commitment to best practices.
- Ability to work with independence, prioritizing tasks effectively and meet with deadlines.
