ph3Your Challenge /h3pLeads end-to-end testing activities for a large Finance programme, including planning, scheduling, and execution of SIT, UAT, integration testing, and dress rehearsals, ensuring full alignment with the overarching change roadmap timelines and Finance-specific requirements. /pulliDesigns and develops comprehensive test cases, scripts, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business SMEs and IT teams, ensuring full traceability to functional requirements and critical financial controls. /liliManages test data and environment readiness, overseeing data anonymisation, provisioning, and environment validation across all stages (DEV to PROD), while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and system interdependencies. /liliCoordinates defect management using tools like JIRA, tracks defect resolution, performs root cause analysis, and provides regular quality reporting—including defect trends, open risks, and test progress—to support informed Go/No-Go decisions. /liliServes as the central point of contact during the testing phase, supports UAT facilitation and sign-off, maintains cutover and rollback documentation, and provides hyper-care assistance to ensure a smooth transition and post-go-live stability. /liliGuides business testers through the test process, including training in the use of Jira/xRay and creation of test cases. /liliDeputy of the Test Stream Lead. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliProven experience in software testing and quality assurance within large-scale IT or transformation projects, ideally in a financial services environment; strong familiarity with system implementation lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and testing best practices. /liliExtensive hands-on experience in managing end-to-end testing processes, including test planning, test case design, defect management, and execution of various testing types—SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end integration testing. /liliSolid understanding of financial systems and processes, particularly in areas such as Financial and Management Accounting, Treasury or Pricing; prior exposure to core banking platforms like Temenos T24 (Transact) or SAP is highly desirable. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in validating system behaviour against business requirements, identifying gaps, and ensuring traceability from requirements to test coverage and defect resolution. /liliExcellent coordination and communication abilities, with experience acting as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders; capable of preparing clear test reports, leading testing sessions, supporting UAT and contributing to Go/No-Go decisions. /liliStrong Jira and xRay knowledge. /liliSeniority to represent Finance interest in large scale programmes. /liliHands-on experience in delivering projects requirements pragmatically and managing complex dependencies. /liliFluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
