Define the overall test strategy and architecture. Design scalable test concepts for R&D and production. Define technical specifications for software development supporting automated testing. Evaluate and optimize test methodologies. Support failure analyses related to test methods. Drive continuous improvements in test coverage and reliability.

Qualifications Degree in engineering, physics, optoelectronics, or related field. Several years of experience in test development or test architecture. Strong background in coherent optical measurement concepts. Basic programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or LabVIEW. Familiarity with RF test methods is a plus.

Excellent analytical and communication skills. Strong English skills; German proficiency is a plus.
