Senior Terminal Operation System (TOS) Consultant and Business Analyst DSP is an IT and consulting services company with 40 years’ experience and provides worldwide software and operations management solutions to the shipping, port and intermodal transportation industry, with special focus to process and equipment automation, optimisation, business intelligence, simulation, and project management.

DSP is the biggest official partner of KALERIS NAVIS and offers worldwide consulting services and products for Terminal Automation and Operations.

DSP is a system integrator, qualified to deliver complete terminal operating systems (TOS), gate operating systems (GOS), Logistic Management Systems (LMS) solutions including project management, business process mapping, configuration, integrations, training, testing, go live and post go live assistance.

Our offices: DSP Data and System Planning SA, Switzerland DSP TALUMIS BV, Rotterdam, The Netherlands Role DSP is searching for a Senior Terminal Operation System (TOS) Consultant and Business Analyst who will report to the DSP Director of Professional Services.

This position is open for office and/or remote work to all people with EU/EFTA Passports or valid residence permit in Switzerland. We request the candidate to be prepared for frequent travelling to customers in EMEA and occasionally worldwide.

Job Description The candidate shall have the appropriate skills, after a short onboarding period and under the coordination of a DSP senior project manager, to provide DSP customers with the following services: TOS configuration, optimization, and implementation Quality Assurance and Integration Testing Business Process Mapping and documentation Analysis and Optimization of Terminal Processes Automation Integration Strategy and Design DSP strongly believes in the skills and potential of our employees.

Once the candidate proves to have strong independent consulting skills for DSP customers with regards to their business, this Sr TOS Consultant may ascend to a Project Manager role.

Selection Criteria Degrees and Studies Bachelor or Masters in IT, Business, or Engineering Knowledge of IT architecture and automation Knowledge of Container Terminal Operations Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Location The candidate will be employed by DSP Switzerland and will work either from office or from their home residence. However, they must be able to travel frequently within EMEA and sometimes worldwide. The candidate will have the flexibility to sometimes work on different timezones.
