Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst (m/f/d) Responsibilities Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into detailed technical requirements and scalable solutions. Collaborate closely with business, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the lifecycle of solutions.

Consult with stakeholders to understand problems, pain points and requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Manage business requirement gathering, ensure documentation is clear, complete, testable and traceable, and develop data and KPI definitions for the global data catalog.

Perform data profiling, quality assessment, exploratory analysis, and map source-to-target data flows with transformation logic for pipelines, warehouses and analytics platforms. Design data models, entity‑relationship diagrams, and document data definitions while identifying gaps and proposing remediation strategies.

Collaborate with data architects, engineers, BI developers and solution architects to validate solutions against business needs and support UAT. Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of proposed changes and conduct impact analysis during change management activities.

Drive continuous improvement of requirement management and delivery practices and foster a data‑driven culture. Qualifications Experience: 5‑8 years as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or similar; experience with global transformation projects and product lifecycle data models.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or Business Administration. Skills: Strong knowledge of product lifecycle processes, product/part/BOM data models, requirement gathering and documentation, analytical problem‑solving and communication.

Technical: Familiarity with databases, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Languages: English (written and spoken) required; German and Japanese are a plus.
