Responsibilities Organize, coordinate, and manage construction‑site projects. Assign and provide technical guidance to the installation crew. Monitor deadlines, quality, performance, and workplace safety. Coordinate materials, tools, machinery, and subcontractors. Prepare and review quantity surveys, progress reports, and billing documents.
Support the training and professional supervision of technicians and trainees. Qualifications Several years of experience in technical insulation, ideally as a senior installer, foreman, or skilled worker. Experience with quantity surveying, site documentation, and coordination of work processes.
