Very strong Oracle PL/SQL programming experience (procedures, packages, functions, exceptions, triggers, etc.) in Oracle 11g or above. Working knowledge of database tools such as TOAD and SQL Developer. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Avaloq certification or equivalent experience (mandatory).
Design and parameterisation and customization across multiple functional streams. Good knowledge of Unix scripting. Experience in Credit/Payment/PMF/Tax/Cost and fees/STEX/Compliance/Accountancy or any other Avaloq modules. Proficiency in German (Europe) and English. Experience in testing in Agile projects (nice to have).
Support as a subject‑matter expert. Ensure knowledge up‑gradation, work with new technologies so that solutions are current and meet quality standards and client requirements.
Ensure a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship. Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
Support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals, white‑paper creation, market trend analysis, etc. Recommend client value‑creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product).
