Key Responsibilities Provide after-sales technical support to customers, installers and partners in DACH region.

Handle customer technical enquiries and service cases in a timely manner Support inverter and energy storage system troubleshooting, commissioning and issue closure Coordinate spare parts requirements, service replacements and delivery follow-up Maintain service records, complaint data and technical case updates Work closely with internal technical, commercial and back-office teams Prepare weekly and monthly service reports Support customer escalations and ensure proper follow-up until resolution Collect market and competitor service feedback Support training for installers and partners when needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in solar inverters, energy storage, UPS, power electronics or related technical service roles Good understanding of solar PV systems We are looking for a Senior Technical Service Engineer to support our after-sales service operations for solar inverters, energy storage and power products.
The role will be responsible for customer technical support, service issue resolution, spare parts coordination and service data management across the assigned region.
