We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, conducting interviews, and hiring qualified candidates for our company.
This position requires expertise in hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and other non-tech roles, along with strong proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities Sourcing and Attraction Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent. Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.
Candidate Screening and Assessment Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements. Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
