We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Seamless team in Logistics on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Previous ownership of product strategy, roadmap and execution of a cross‑functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders; proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful product solutions.

Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder‑management skills, proven by the ability to drive alignment and shared objectives across multiple cross‑functional, global teams (including data science, engineering and diverse brand stakeholders).

Responsibilities Lead the product: develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business value, user needs and technological advancements, and drive both quarterly and long‑term OKRs.

Drive innovation and automation: champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, ensuring a focus on data‑driven decision‑making and impactful results. Leverage data: identify opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders to validate hypotheses through experimentation and continuously improve pricing strategies.

Collaborate & communicate effectively: partner closely with data scientists, analysts, engineers and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features, aligning with stakeholders at various levels across our global brands.

Become the subject‑matter expert: be the go‑to expert for all things time estimations, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within this critical domain.

Qualifications 4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex data‑driven products at large scale and achieving tangible results.

Data fluency and experience working hand in hand with engineers, data scientists or analysts; strong analytical mindset and passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.

High degree of autonomy and reliability in execution, with a strong sense of ownership over long‑term OKRs and the ability to transform complex challenges into clear, actionable product plans. Nice to Have Exposure to the last‑mile delivery or e‑commerce industry.

Experience working with Time Estimation machine‑learning / data‑science models or products. Background or experience working as a data scientist or data analyst. Health check‑ups, meditation, gym and bicycle subsidy.
