- Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager
- Reporting To: Chief Product Officer
- Grade: UK Grade IC6 – £60,000 – £70,000
Role Responsibilities
- Own problems from identification through delivery of solutions.
- Coordinate dependencies between Mobile and Cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights from internal teams (e.g., Partnerships, Operational Delivery) and external sources (field visits, user interviews, market research) to inform product development.
- Help prioritize high‑level problems to solve in the product backlog.
- Review projects to assess product performance.
- Work with Engineering Managers to keep development teams informed and involved; facilitate their participation in stakeholder calls and field visits.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technology, and best practices in the sector.
- Grow customer obsession through education, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in an agile environment, working on mobile or cloud‑based products.
- Strong technical background to understand and discuss technical concepts with a variety of audiences.
- Experience managing technical products and roadmaps.
- Proficiency with an issue‑tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, YouTrack).
- Excellent communication across all levels, building strong interpersonal relationships with engineers, designers, operational managers, and external stakeholders.
