Responsibilities You support companies in strategic digitization projects You operate at the interface of business, technology and digitalization You understand interrelationships, identify optimization potentials and develop concepts You analyze and further develop CRM, MarTech and CDP landscapes You structure and translate requirements You evaluate and select technologies You support vendor and tendering processes You manage digital transformation projects You co-develop technical overall concepts Requirements Several years of professional experience in a digital consultancy, digital agency, technology consultancy, management consultancy or a comparable digital environment Experience with CRM, MarTech or CDP systems Ideally additional exposure to e‑commerce, digital sales or customer experience Experience in analyzing and optimizing digital processes Understanding of digital system landscapes and technological interrelationships Experience in requirements management or structured requirements gathering Ability to structure complex topics clearly and guide clients confidently through decisions Overview of modern technology solutions and current digital trends – including AI use cases Strong customer orientation and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives Very good proficiency in German, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
