Own the BI Layer End-to-End: Lead the development of our self-service BI capabilities, creating intuitive data explores and dashboards that give the entire company a single, unified source of truth.

Harmonize the E-Com Ecosystem: Unify and blend data across the Shopify ecosystem , Google Analytics, performance marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), ERP/fulfillment tools, and internal booking or factoring systems.

Deliver Strategic Insights: Develop end-to-end reporting solutions—from gathering stakeholder requirements and validating data to building polished dashboards and leadership-ready reports. E-Commerce Native: A solid understanding of D2C/e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CAC, retention rates, repeat purchase behavior, and cohort logic).

A Proactive & Curious Mindset: You don't just report numbers—you question definitions, challenge inconsistencies, and proactively optimize data processes. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
