Responsibilities Manage and review complex tax engagements for High‑Net‑Worth and Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses Provide tax planning, wealth transfer, estate, and succession planning guidance Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients Mentor staff and collaborate with firm leadership on complex tax matters Compensation & Benefits $170,000 - $250,000 base salary plus annual bonus Fully remote work environment 401(k) with profit sharing Generous PTO Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Continuing education and professional development support Clear path to Director and Partner‑level opportunities Annual company events and team gatherings for remote employees Requirements Active CPA or EA license Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Masters preferred 7 years of public accounting tax experienceStrong experience serving High‑Net‑Worth and Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth clients Trust, estate, and gift tax experience strongly preferred Strong tax planning and client advisory experience Additional opportunities are available for Tax Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors across General Tax and other specialized tax practices nationwide.
