R Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Law preferred, with a specialization in Taxation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax position. Strong knowledge of tax laws and fiscal frameworks in the region, including Eastern Europe. Comprehensive understanding of accounting for income taxes. Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
Preferred: CPA or certification as a tax specialist. Relevant experience in the global life sciences industry. Familiarity with Shared Services concepts. Public accounting experience.
