The day-to-day Own full-cycle recruiting across tech and commercial roles Source and engage candidates proactively via LinkedIn and other channels Run structured interview processes and coordinate with hiring managers Manage and maintain our ATS (Personio) and keep pipelines clean and up to date Build talent pools for critical and recurring hiring needs Act as a strong brand ambassador and represent 24I credibly to candidates Continuously improve hiring processes, scorecards and documentation Support onboarding handover and close collaboration with the People team You should apply if you Have proven full-cycle recruiting experience – ideally across tech and commercial roles Are operationally strong, structured and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Have hands-on experience with Personio or a comparable ATS Communicate confidently and professionally with candidates and senior stakeholders Work independently, take ownership, and push processes forward without being chased Are based in Munich or willing to relocate Nice to haves Background in defense, aerospace or deep tech recruiting Experience building recruiting processes from scratch in a startup environment What we offer Real impact & ownership: Build and shape hiring at one of Europe's most exciting defense tech startups – with direct responsibility from day one.

Strong hands-on recruiting experience in tech and/or commercial hiring is non-negotiable. A background in defense or deep tech environments is a strong plus. Mission-driven environment: Work on technologies that matter for European security and sovereignty.
