Responsibilities Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs Develop and execute sourcing strategies Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles Conduct initial outreach and pre‑qualification Leverage market research and competitive intelligence Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS Support employer branding initiatives Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes Requirements Experience in talent sourcing, from in‑house, agency or RPO models Experience in recruiting across Product, Tech and Business Innovative, and outside of the box thinker Proven track record of building pipelines Curious mindset and interest in research Fluent in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
